Initially working on smaller projects, today Barker Construction Group work on multi-million-pound contracts and are trusted as lead contractors by their clients.
The problem Barker had, was that they were sending out the wrong message to potential clients. Their website talked about patios and small extensions – not about their capabilities and capacity to deliver on complex and prestigious projects. From swimming pools, to complete refurbishments – Barker operate in the premium end of the market, and their brand wasn’t helping build trust and reflect their expertise.
We worked closely with Barker Construction to understand the vision of the business. Then we designed a brand, CRO strategy, and marketing communications to support this.
