Having worked in both agency and in-house environments Luigi has a real drive to meet and exceed expectations.

Where do you find inspiration?
Mostly outdoors when I least expect to be inspired. I find creative books and online tools really help to open pathways to new ideas!
Who is your dream client?
Clients with an open mind are a winner for me. I’ve always thought it would be great to work with a biscuit brand, who doesn’t love a biscuit?
What drew you to working at SMITH?
The variety of work and industries they are involved with, along with the dedication they have towards their clients. They work incredibly hard in order to win pitches and build close relationships with their clients. As a result, they are experiencing growth which makes this an incredibly exciting time to join.
What do you think will be the next ‘big thing’ in design?
It’s no secret that the online and digital scene is growing at a rapid rate. I think there is a real opportunity to find new ways to spark interest and attract attention, whilst bridging the gap between online and real world.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Hiking in the hills! Huddersfield is in prime location for access to both the Peak and Lake district, you can be in the middle of nowhere within 30mins. I also enjoy cooking, with Italian roots, you are constantly surrounded by food!
