Since welcoming Vp plc to our client-base, we have been working on a number of projects across different aspects of their business.
Vp Group are specialists in equipment rental and have been providing equipment, people and support for specialist projects for 70 years. Vp plc has eight different businesses operating throughout infrastructure, construction, housebuilding, energy, defence and aviation with over 83,000 customers globally.
We initially created bespoke branded collateral for staff events, including the ‘Working Better Together’ staff conference and Apprentice Awards in 2024. We designed the name and brand, working with the team at Vp plc to understand their values and goals for the project.
The Working Better Together Conference marked a pivotal shift for Vp plc, propelling them forward in the sector and future proofing the company. We were able to use strategic insights to help effectively communicate the key project messages internally and ensure employee buy-in. The brand was then rolled out across numerous assets including presentation decks and documentation for the conference.
This year, we created the brand identity for their new leadership framework designed to guide development, increase employee recognition and strengthen culture. This framework aimed to define the core behaviours behind effective leadership throughout the group across three different management levels. We created the logo, visual elements such as icons and patterns, and supporting resources. This was then presented to leaders at the Group’s annual conference.
