Smith have recently won a brand, website design and digital marketing contract for Scotland-based shipping container business RF Brown.
RF Brown has been acquired by current Managing Director Angus Barraclough and private equity firm Foresight.
Their client base includes various national construction companies, National Rail, and craft beer brand Brewdog.
Our goal as a marketing partner is to help RF Brown create a strong differentiated brand and a sales focussed website. We’ll then be working closely with them as a strategic marketing partner to help them attract new customers via various digital marketing activities, and supporting their aggressive growth strategy.
Managing Director Angus Barraclough comments:
“I was impressed with Smith’s approach from the start – I contacted them initially on a speculative basis while working on an acquisition. I noticed they had done work in the sector and it made sense to use a marketing agency who had proven credentials in building brands and development of a digital strategy within this sector”.
“I wanted to find an agency I can work with and have open creative dialogue about finding the right fit for the business. We’re excited to be working with Smith and are certain they’ll deliver on their promises”.
Oli Smith, Creative Director at Smith comments:
“A strong brand is a must for any business, especially in a market driven by price like the container sector. We enjoy challenges where we have to think hard about differentiation and creating solutions that challenge category norms. RF Brown is a solid business that’s been around for years, it has a fantastic reputation and a great team behind the business. We’ll be helping the team be more digital, and give them the tools to win online as they aim to grow the business and expand their offering throughout the UK”.
