Agile Monster

A rebrand, website and digital marketing strategy to help a consultancy attract more work.

The Challenge

Agile Monster are specialists in Agile and Scrum consultants who work with the likes of The British Army,

The previous Agile Monster identity didn’t reflect their professionalism, their depth of knowledge and could have potentially sent the wrong impression to potential clients.

What We Did

80% of the work that Agile Monster do is for companies who have a large software development side to the business. From this insight, we created an identity that felt that it sat in the software development world. We made sure we made it look new, fresh and distinctive

Working with Steve and the team to really understand their customers’ challenges, we made sure that the website was orientated to the customer, spoke to their world, and included a clear focus on conversion rate optimisation.

Office:

Our Leeds design studio.

Bright colours and a symbol that looks like an M works as a distinctive asset that Agile Monster can use on their communications.

Creating Traction

Already the rebrand is creating traction and helping Agile Monster get their foot in the door. A recent enquiry was from a FTSE-listed financial services company with £22 billion assets under management, the enquiry was to pitch on a £4m Agile transformation programme.

Service businesses may offer the same as their competitors, and often struggle to articulate their point of difference in a compelling way. The Agile Monster rebrand is a great example of positioning expertise to resonate with a niche target audience. In B2B, when investment is significant and sales cycles can be months or years, this is where brand and marketing have to work hard to persuade, stay top of mind and reaffirm the value that they offer.
