The Insight

O+H is one of our long-standing clients who we’ve worked with since 2019. After working with them on their former brand, we were approached to evolve the brand to change industry perceptions.   

O+H supplies ambulances for the NHS and various private sector clients. Following a restructure at the company, they wanted to reinvest in their brand to reposition themselves in the industry. 

Our goal was to reinvigorate the brand and create a compelling visual identity that would help them be more effective digitally and stand out from their competitors. Their ambulances are built in Britain so our challenge was to create a brand that felt new and relevant whilst also reflecting their heritage. 

The Challenge

Venari O&H had two brands in the market, both with completely different perceptions. Venari offered both Ambulance and Fire vehicle conversions, and O&H manufactured ambulances. 

They were undecided on what brand to take forward after their business restructure and new strategy.

Through our Workshop methodology, we understood the business goals of the group. This led to insights from staff and clients that O+H was the route to take.

The new brand needed to have a sense of energy, be tied to their new business strategy and capture what made them special.

The new brand achieved its aim of changing customer perceptions and creating a more compelling online identity.  We worked with the team on the full roll-out of the new brand including website design, social media assets, brochures and letterheads. 

One year on, after significant losses in the last few years, O+H is on track for their best year ever. Managing Director, Mark Brickhill, said the brand has played a significant role in their turnaround.
