An Agile brand and web experience for a new Agile consultancy
The Insight
We were approached by Steve Crossland, MD at Agile Monster to rebrand the company, create a new website and work with the team as a marketing partner.Steve had worked with various management consultancies as a sub-contractor, and decided to go out on his own.
The previous Agile Monster identity didn’t reflect their professionalism, their depth of knowledge and could have potentially sent the wrong impression to potential clients. Agile Monster are specialist Agile and Scrum consultants and work with the likes of The British Army, Halfords, Farnell and TransUnion.
In a nutshell, they help companies by offering consultancy and implementing frameworks to embed Agile ways of working. As Steve and the team at Agile Monster were approaching clients directly, they needed a stand-out brand and website that reflects confidence.
The Challenge
80% of the work that Agile Monster do is for companies who have a large software development side to the business. From this insight, we created an identity that felt that it sat in the software development world.
We made sure we made it look new, fresh and distinctive. We worked with Steve and the team to really understand their customers challenges. Once we defined these, we made sure that the website was orientated to these customers, and spoke to their world.
